Terms of Cancellation
The registration cancellation and refund policy for the Conference is as follows:
a. You must notify us of any cancellation requests in writing.
b. Conference registration fees will be refunded in full for cancellations received on or before March 23 2012 with an administrative charge of £50 deductible.
c. A 50% refund of the conference registration fee will be given for cancellations received on or before March 30 2012 with an administrative charge of £50 deductible.
d. No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 30 2012.
e. For administrative reasons, refunds will only be made after the conference. Please include your full bank account details and the address of the bank in your request.
